I'm soooo tired

Today i followed (not that i had any choice in this matter) my daddy and mummy to Jurong Point to do our groceries. But as usual, they took so long that i was became very sleepy waiting for them. So i decided to take a nap lor... where else? In the shopping cart of cos! Wat can i say? When u have to sleep, U have to sleep! Heehee..

Shopping Babe

Today I went out with mummy to Raffles City. On the way there in the MRT i kept on crying and throwing tantrums. Mummy didn't know wat to do with me.. cos she carried me i also cried, she put me in the stroller, i also cried. Until we reached City Hall station and she let me out to walk, then i smiled. Wat can i say? I WANNA WALK!!

So she let me walk around Raffles City by myself and didn't even need to hold mummy's hands. I even helped to carry the shopping bags. Hooray! Mummy was so surprised that i could walk by myself so steadily and for so long. I walked from the Baby Nursery on the 3rd level to the Fox shop. Well, walking around the shopping centre sure beats walking around at home.. There's nothing to see at home wat! Duhz.

How Many Frogs Must I Kiss?

My mummy told me a story about a princess who kissed a frog which changed into a prince the other day. So i am trying my luck to see if i can get a prince too! Wonder how many times and how many froggies must kiss before i can finally get my prince.... hmmmm

Today, i received my very first birthday card in the post! I was sooo excited that i kept flinging the card around... It was from my mummy's friend called Auntie Huiyi. My mummy helped me opened up the envelope and read the card to me. Thank you Auntie Huiyi! Maucks!

My First Birthday Celebration

I celebrated my first birthday in advance today. But i didn't have a big birthday bash, like other kids, as my daddy and mummy are so lazy and cheapo! Sob sob... My mummy only invited my great-grandma, grandpa, my 2 grandmas, grand-aunties, uncles and aunties. Luckily i still got a very cute Sesame Street cake which i enjoyed eating!

Uncle Terence gave me a present which looked highly suspicious to me at first (well, u never know rite? Might be a bomb!). However, after tearing it up, i discovered it was a pink cuddly Piglet!

My First Picnic

Today i went for my first picnic at East Coast Park. It was to celebrate my mummy's frens', Auntie Lishan & Auntie Jasmine, birthdays. My daddy was supposed to be working today but he took leave to accompany us seeing that mummy and me had to travel all the way from West to East!

The weather was good, windy and not very sunny. Auntie Alice brought along her doggie Angel to play with the babies. I was so excited to see Angel and kept trying to kiss her. I also learnt a new sign today 'scared' cos Belle Belle jiejie kept signing scared when Auntie Imelda tried to get her to play with Angel. Hehe... this is called 'tou1 shi1'.

Bully in the House

Today, my mummy's friend Auntie Xueling came over to visit me. She brought along a kor kor called Weaver. But i am very scared of this Weaver kor kor cos the moment he saw me, he kept trying to touch me and hug me! Talk about sexual harrassment! Tsk tsk.. this kor kor is 'big color wolf'!

Yippe! My First Steps

Guess wat? I took my first unaided steps today! Yippee! Achievement of the year! Heehee.. Hey, walking is not easy u know.

I was taking my afternoon cruise around the coffee table as usual and my mummy was trying to entice me to walk towards her (as usual). So i decided to surprise her by taking 3 steps towards her before falling into her arms. Mummy was so surprised and excited. At first, she thought it was a fluke and i couldn't do it again so she kept trying to make me perform my stunt. And i did, 2 more times before i decided enough was enough. Hey, i am not some performing circus animal hor! Too bad mummy couldn't grab the camera in time to capture this historical moment. So there's no 'prove' of me walking but it's okie.

Soon, i will be running and flying! Just u wait! Ermm.. maybe not flying but running definately! Heehee!

The Day i Fell Sick

Yesterday, i had high fever at 38.6 degrees. I feel so sick that i just lie in bed the whole day. My fever is still very high today but i refuse to take my medicine.. cos it doesn't taste nice at all. My mummy and daddy tried many ways to feed me the medicine like using the syringe, using the spoon, mixing in milk, mixing in water, pretending to eat, etc but it just doesn't work. What can i say, even though i am sick, i still want medicine that tastes good! Look at me... so pathetic rite?

Being naughty

Today, i was very notti. I pooped already but refused to lie still for my mummy to change me... after much major struggling.. my mummy finally managed to wipe my cute little tush clean and wrapped up the dirty diaper. By then she was already very angry cos i keep twisting and turning and almost stepped my tiny feet into the fresh pile of poo.. hehee... So she smacked my buttocks to try and make me lie still (it was red cos i wasn't wearing diapers yet). But hey, who says i gotta listen to my mummy!? So i still tried to wriggle my way out while she tried to put on a clean diaper for me... And guess wat? Before she manage to even secure the clean diaper, i pee-ed! Ooops... The mat was all wet and so was my mummy's shorts... Erm... bad idea..... my mummy was so mad that she threw me into the prison (my baby cot lar) and ignored me for half an hour... even though i was crying my heart out and screaming my throat hoarse...

See... this is me after my mummy finally rescue me from my prison... my hair wet wet, my nose red red and my eyes wet wet... sob sob.. mummy.. i wun be notti again....

How does a baby swear?

I was rolling around my daddy's king size bed when my daddy's big fat face was in the way. So when i fling myself back on the bed, my head hit my daddy's nose very hard... My daddy got a flatten nose while i learnt how to swear! WAHAAAHEHHAAHAEEE YEEEEHAAAAHHEEEE
i din cry but i was very angry that my rolling experience was interrupted.... that's why i sweared.. Hmm.. din know i got this kind of hidden talent inside me. Heheee..

Virgin Trip

Guess wat? I did something exciting with my mummy today! We went on a virgin trip today.. heeheee.. we went out without my daddy! Until today, my mummy has never brought me out alone.. cos bring me out need to carry alot of barang barang mah... my milk powder, milk bottles, hot water, diapers, changing mat, hankies, etc.... And one very big and heavy thing.. my mercedes! So always my daddy carry everything and my mummy carry me...

But today, my mummy used a baby carrier to bring me out... actually we only went downstairs to the shops for a short while.. Well.. better than nothing! My mummy already very happy liao cos she dun need to be stuck at home.. can finally see civillization!

Daddy's xmas present

Today, we went IMM to meet my Uncle Terence cos he wanted to buy some new furniture. But before we even went to see any furniture, my daddy conned him to go and see digicams at Best Denki... My Uncle Terence very technical savvy one, so my daddy decided to make use of his brains lor... He asked my mummy and Uncle Terence to go and look at the different models but he himself found a comfortable spot and planted himself there to rest. I also resting in my mercedes until i fell asleep cos my mummy and Uncle Terence choose the digicam choose very long...

Finally, my mummy decided to buy a Sony Handycam HC21E and my daddy happily went to pay. My daddy told my mummy to video me everyday when he is at work so that he can see wat i do everyday.... duhz... My mummy even said she will try to make a RA video of me! ARGH! Someone save me!!

My first xmas!

Yippeee.... this year i am celebrating my first xmas... hehee... very exciting... Actually my daddy said he wanted to bring me to see the xmas lights in Orchard Road... but hor, later he changed his mind... he say very crowded... wait i kanna lost in the crowd.. as if! So to pacify my mummy (she keep nagging him), he bought a little christmas tree for me... and hung 4 ornaments on the tree.. he say ornaments very expensive so 4 can liao... My mummy say he very cheapskate leh!





Btw, i heard that one of santa's reindeers escaped... maybe u can help to find her... :)

Essential life skills

Last nite i learnt a new skill, it's called self-sleep. My mummy discovered it this morning when she woke up and was pleasantly surprised and very happy... hehe. Wat's self-sleep?? It's being able to put myself to sleep without my mummy holding me, rocking me, patting my backside, singing to me etc...

Actually wat happened was i woke up at 3.30am for my usual nite snack. After finishing my milk, my mummy tried to pat me to sleep but i refused to close my eyes... Then, my mummy put me onto the bed but i kept kicking in the air (new trick i learnt to irritate my mummy). My mummy told me to put my legs down and close my eyes but i refused to listen. Then my mummy said that it was at nite and not for playing but for sleeping, ask me to go back to sleep... But hor, to me it's all the same! Day or nite, any time is a good time to play as long as i felt like it! Heeheee.... My mummy tried many things to motivate me to go back to sleep.... lying beside me, giving me elmo, patting me.... all no use. Well, wat can i say.... i am not one to change my mind easily! :)
At 4.45am, my mummy gave up (cos she very sleepy liao), she stuffed my 'ni tu' (pacifier lar) into my mouth and told me 'If u dun wan to sleep, i go and sleep liao!'. After saying that, she went over to the other side of the bed and went to orh orh! Geeeee.... no patience....
In the morning, when she woke up, she found me sleeping peacefully beside her.... and so i have learnt a new skill... putting myself to sleep! Very important hor...

Now my mummy just waiting for me to learn another important skill..... self-entertainment! Heehee!
